Product Reviews

I bought the pig version in small last year for my son when he was almost 18 months. A year of use has proven that this toy is not only high quality and sturdy, but it has been able to keep my son's interest. It moves well wood floors as well as rough cement and in any direction. We have a steep driveway and although the wheelyBUG can move pretty quickly, my son has never gone out of control. If you're looking for a quality item that will be played with well beyond the novelty period, this it it.

This is a high quality item, and it is so darling! My daughter just turned 1 and she is still getting the hang of walking, but she loves the plush face of the hedgehog and riding around (with help from mom and dad) on it! She is 90th percentile for height, and her feet drag on the floor when we push her. Once she learns how to propel herself around though, I think the height will be perfect. Right now she pushes it around on her knees - its so cute! I personally like the size of the small wheely bug, in contrast to many reviews stating that the large size is the way to go. By the time she needs a larger size, we'll get her a bike and other ride-ables I'm sure!

We have both a small and a large, the large pig was purchased for my older child for around her second Christmas or birthday, and at the time our home had a lot of carpet and wasn't used much, she would more often than not slip off and put it around via handle. the smaller mouse purchased for a first birthday present for my younger child. (we had moved and our home has a completely hardwood upstairs) my younger child is very adept at both sizes and can jump between the two, and often they will ride together, but i think it was though watching our older child on them, that they picked them up so fast, the younger is now almost 20 months, and 21 lbs, and 31 inches tall, but can wheel just fine with either. i don't regret buying the small, but i think the large was too big for my older child on her own, but eventually they figured it out.

This adorable ride-on toy is a favorite for our young toddler. The size is lower to the ground allowing smaller/younger children to enjoy it as much as older ones. Seat is padded and comfortable. Wheels are a little wonky -- like office chair or furniture casters so I would not personally recommend for outdoor play where it will get "beat up" more.

SUCH a great purchase. I bought this tiger for my 3yr olds birthday and it has been the best. He loves wheeling around and has figured out all sorts of other imaginary play with it. (he pretends its a train, tractor, and he sits on stuff and pulls it around like he is a tractor or truck). He also stands on it at his play table and does his play. My 1 year old likes to stand and walk with it. Great quality and great fun.
